TICKETING AND RESERVATION SUPERVISOR

A Reputable Travel Agency is looking for an experience RESERVATION AND TICKETING SUPERVISOR with knowledge in Amadeus and Galileo Booking systems.

Responsibilities include :

-the overseeing the daily task of reservations and ticketing team.

Focus on new bookings and sift changes. communicating customer service objectives to the team members and observation of company data to make assessment of team progress as well as -Coordinate with upper management to find ways to enhance customer driven objectives and analyze them.

Qualifications:

Advance diploma (preferably in Tourism) business administration or any quantitative subject. A bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.

–At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position.
