Our Client is looking for a very good PERSONALASSISTANT.Your role will be and not limited to the following:

1.Receiving clients

2.Sending and replying to emails

3.Coordinate and arrange time schedule for meetings for the managing director

4.Scheduling meetings for the managing director

5.Making and answering calls.

Qualifications:

1.The person must at least have a diploma in marketing communications or management.Having other subjects related to communication will be an added advantage

2.Fluent in English both written and spoken

3.She should be very polite and customer friendly

4.Having experience with a similar position will be an added advantage.
