Job Description:
Outsource Recruitment Agency is looking for engaging and detail-driven Tellers to join our team and be customers’ first point of contact. Successful candidates will be deployed to a reputable bank as a Service Provider. As a teller, you’ll handle cash transactions, process deposits and withdrawals, and provide account services accurately and professionally.

Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies.
- Handle cash balancing and drawer reconciliation at the end of each shift to maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and offering tailored financial solutions.
- Promote and explain bank products and services, including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, and loan options.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting account issues, fraud prevention measures, and online banking inquiries.
- Follow security protocols to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, identity theft, and check-cashing risks.
- Support the branch team with administrative tasks, filing, and data entry as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless daily branch operations.
Job Requirements:
Must-have:
- Certificate or a diploma in banking and finance, management or a related field.
- A high school diploma with five credits including either English Language or Mathematics.
- Between the ages of 19 -27 years
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Be willing to provide two family members to guarantee them.
- Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with financial regulations.
- Previous cash-handling experience in banking, retail, or customer service will be an added advantage.
