– Yaxare Tea Company. will be responsible for the overall management, operations, coordination and reporting of Yaxare tea company activities. The MANAGER will serve as the head of operation and ensures that the day-to-day activities are implemented as planned and within the stipulated policies and procedures.
- The MANAGER is ultimately accountable to the Board of Directors.
- The Manager will be guided by the Board of Directors for the implementation of strategic initiatives and the operations of the company.
- Designs products and programs in line mission, vision and values of the company.
- Set up and maintain partnerships with government, non-governmental organisations and like-minded multilateral organisations.
- Organises and pilots’ concepts in conjunction with partners in line with company mission.
- Hires, instructs and lead other employees.
- Set up and lead operations and support team (program staff, field staff, financial record keeping, program and impact record keeping, etc.).
- Overseeing financial administration
- Communication and decision making in consultation with the Board of Directors
- Communication with target groups
- Communication with local partners
