CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER

A reputable Travel Agency is looking for an experienced Customer Care Officer with advanced customer service experience, problem solving and interpersonal skills, excellent time management, and of course the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members and other partners.
The duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following.
- Book embassy appointment and meet them.
- Maintain a high level of customer care with clients.
- Document and resolve customer concerns.
- Advice clients about the suitable travel options in accordance with their needs, wants and capabilities.
Qualifications
* At least 2 years of similar working experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English and any other 2 local languages.
* Advance diploma (preferably in Marketing/ Customer Care). A Bachelor’s degree would be considered as a plus.
* Experience working with demanding targets and tight deadlines.
* Results-driven approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to use computer effectively.
