Branch Manager

King Bakers is looking for a Branch Manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. You will manage the staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and efficient branch operation.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Direct all operational aspects including distribution operation, customer care service, administration and sales.
2. Develop business plans, financial objectives and forecasts.
3. Manage budget and allocate funds.
4. Identify prospective sales opportunities and improvement.
5. Address customer satisfaction issues.

Requirements

1. Result driven and customer focused.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure goal and objectives are clearly communicated.
4. Ability to meet sales target.
5. Good knowledge on modern management techniques.
6. ND/HND in Business Administration, or related field with experience
7. Bachelor degree in a related field is a plus.
