JOB PROFILE
Taybull Soft is looking for an Agent Operator who will be responsible for supervising the network of
Taybull Pay agents and merchants currently working with the company. The Agent Operator, with a
background in sales & Customer Service, should be able to take initiative and work well with a team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Agent Operator will be responsible for the following:
● Introduce TaybullPay to potential agents and sign-up agents based on targets defined.
● Collaborate with engineering team to improve the agent onboarding experience
● Troubleshoot issues raised by Agents
● Supervise contracted agents and ensure that their experience with Taybull Soft is beneficial
● Partner with agents to design sales strategy based on location;
● Support agents in identifying key traffic areas with guidance from the Business Development
Manager.
● Perform such other duties as may be assigned
Other details
● Agent Operator will mainly work from the office and may be required to travel for field visits.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
● 1+ years’ experience in sales and customer service
● Be comfortable with a computer and digital applications
● Fluent in English, Wolof and Mandinka
● Charismatic, friendly and personable demeanour
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to work in a team, work under pressure and independently
● A certificate/diploma in sales and marketing is an added advantage
REMUNERATION
● 3 months probation contract, to be extended based on performance
● Taybull soft will be responsible for all travel expenses related to this role
● Additional remuneration available for reaching certain targets
