Juice Factory Machine Operator & Delivery Assistant

Job Summary:
The Juice Factory Machine Operator & Delivery Assistant is responsible for operating and maintaining juice production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production. The role also involves assisting with packaging, quality checks, and performing delivery runs when required.
The ideal candidate should be reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of handling both factory and delivery duties
Key Responsibilities:
Production & Machine Operation
• Operate juice processing, filling, capping, and labeling machines efficiently and safely.
• Monitor production lines to ensure consistent product quality and output.
• Perform routine maintenance, and cleaning of machinery.
• Report mechanical or quality issues immediately to the supervisor.
Packaging & Quality Control
• Assist with bottling, labeling, and packaging of finished juice products.
• Ensure all products meet Go Fresh quality, safety, and freshness standards.
• Maintain accurate production and packaging records.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene procedures at all times.
Delivery & Logistics
• Assist with loading and unloading juice products for distribution.
• Drive company tricycle to deliver products to clients, retailers
• Ensure timely, safe, and professional delivery of goods.
• Collect payments or delivery confirmations when required.
• Keep delivery vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with safety regulations.
General Duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Support the team in inventory management and stock rotation.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and food handling standards.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum of High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in beverage or food production is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record (required).
• Basic mechanical or technical skills preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes or equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and hygiene.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours when needed.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions:
• Fast-paced factory environment with some outdoor work during deliveries.
• May require early mornings, weekends, or overtime during high-demand periods.
