HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

A reputable company is looking for a very experienced Human Resource Manager to join their team. The person will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s human resource department. The person has to posses a strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recruiting and hiring employees.
2. Overseeing employee benefits and compensation.
3. Managing employee relations.
4. Ensure compliance with the labor laws, and regulations.
5. Creating and implementing relevant HR policies and procedures.
6. Collaborating with other department managers to align human resource strategies to company goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
2. Minimum experience of 2 year in Human Resources or its related area.
3. A good knowledge on the labor law.
4. Strong analytical and strong problem solving skills.
5. A good interpersonal and communications skills.
