HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

KingBaker is looking for a Human Resource Manager, He/She will be responsible for the following services;

• Hire or Fire employees through the guidance of the company’s policy
• Enforce the company’s policies,rules and regulations
• Conduct customer survey and employees
• Train staff n different departments
• Provide resources for production line workers
• Communicate and update staff with informationthrough weekly metings and one month assembly
• Facilitate general cleanings for various departments
• Maintain a clean,safe and a condusive work environment
• Communications with staff on behaviourand performance while emphasizing responsibility of their resources
• Handle contracts, social security and tax
• Communicate all updates,handleand acton all complains,reports and feedback from customers and employees
• Procurement and accounting of uniforms,haimets and aprons
• Monthly accounting of King baker resources for all departments
