Job Description: We are seeking an experienced plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. The candidate will also be required to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, and ensure that work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues and determine the best course of action for repair
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure their longevity
• Adhere to safety regulations and building codes
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain repair options and costs
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a plumber
• Excellent knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Familiarity with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
